If you don’t have an existing resume then we’ll contact you within 24 hours to collect all the necessary information. For any order, your writer may contact you to discuss things further. All our resumes are delivered in Microsoft Word and PDF format and, once you’ve received your order, your writer will edit your resume until you’re 100% happy with it.
If you don’t already have a CV or resume we’ll get in touch to ask you about your work experience, education and other relevant information within 24 hours of submitting your order. If you already have a CV or resume you’ll be asked to upload it during the ordering process.
For all orders, we’ll ask for basic personal information so that we can contact you and send your order back by email. We’ll also require your address in order to put this information on your resume and to send a copy pack to you (if you order one).

Our turnaround times will depend on the type of resume you order. However, our average turnaround for most orders is just two days for the first draft of your resume. We’ll state this when you place an order with us.
If you require a resume or social media profile sooner we offer an express service that means you can get your first draft back within 24 hours once all the necessary information has been received.
We have a number of writers, who all have extensive resume writing experience. Our writers have relevant experience in writing resumes in your industry.
You’ll be assigned a dedicated resume writer who matches your background and resume requirements, and if you order a specialist resume, we will choose a writer with significant knowledge of your industry. You'll also be able to talk to us at any time.
When you order we’ll take full payment securely on our website. You can pay using Visa, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard or American Express.
We can only offer a refund if we haven’t yet begun working on your order.

Should you place an incorrect order – for example, by selecting the wrong type of resume – then we will contact you and arrange for any difference in cost to be settled. Should you not wish to continue at this stage, we will fully refund you.
Our resume writers are seasoned professionals and know what a fantastic resume looks like. For this reason, if you’re unhappy with your order, we’ll first talk you through the reasons why your resume has been designed and written the way it has.

Unfortunately not – we currently only write resumes in English. We can accommodate American English if you require – please just ask.
As much as we would love to meet you in person, we only work over email and telephone. However, we offer 24/7 access and we’ll work with you remotely to achieve your desired result.
Of course! We’ll keep a copy of your resume on record in case you want us to send it electronically again, or if you wish to make any adjustments. This service is free of charge for 12 months – you just need to call or email us to request it.
